- 90 days Priority Technical Support with personal contact person by phone or e-mail – response time within one business day
OKM Direct is free of charge for customers who buy/bought their OKM detector directly from OKM GmbH in Germany (on site, via phone, via e-mail or in the onlineshop at okmdetectors.com). The service cannot be acquired for products purchased from other distributors or resellers.
OKM Care is an optional support extension of OKM Direct that is also available for customers who buy/bought their OKM detector from distributors and resellers worldwide.
The optional service extension OKM Care includes:
- 1 Year Guarantee Extension – directly following the first 2 guarantee years
- 1 Hour Remote Support for Windows PC
- 1 Hour Basic Training + 1 Hour Advanced Training with your detector
